affordable therapy program
Making therapy accessible.
Therapy should be a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported—without financial barriers getting in the way. Sliding scale options are designed to meet you where you are, offering flexible rates based on your current financial situation. Whether you're navigating a challenging time, experiencing financial hardship, or exploring therapy for the first time, I’m here to help.
Every client, regardless of what they pay, is investing in their own well-being.
If you are able to pay my full rate of $170, know that your contribution helps make therapy more accessible for others—thank you for supporting a more inclusive path to mental wellness.
To make it easy for you to find the right fit, I've outlined four sliding scale options. If you'd like to jump directly to them, click the link below. These categories are here to help guide you in choosing a rate that aligns with your financial situation.
Additional Information
As a solo practitioner, my sliding scale spots are limited, please inquire directly for current availability. Read more information about duration and options for existing clients or couples below. Rates are available for up to 3 months, at which point we will reassess together to see if any adjustments need to be made based on your financial situation or therapeutic goals. If you're an existing client already paying the full rate and find yourself needing more affordable options, please don’t hesitate to ask about transitioning into a sliding scale rate. I also offer affordable options for couples therapy. Please reach out using the contact form to learn more.
