Reduced-Cost Therapy for Post-Secondary Students

Student Studying

Manage Stress, Anxiety, and Life’s Challenges
Are you a student feeling overwhelmed by school stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges? You don’t have to face these struggles alone. Therapy can be an essential resource to help you cope, reduce stress, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Being a student is hard. You are managing responsibilities, coping with stress, and balancing your personal interests with academic obligations. Yes, this can be an exciting time of self-discovery and new relationships, but it can also be challenging and overwhelming.

Check out the Student Benefits Page for links to local universities and their benefits plans to check your coverage.

Having someone to navigate these stressful times and life transitions with, while learning new coping strategies to manage feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt, and anxiety, can be incredibly valuable.

Some of the areas we can focus on:
  • Managing school-related stress like test anxiety, deadlines, and performance pressure

  • Navigating relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners

  • Building emotional resilience to cope with life transitions, academic stress, and new responsibilities

  • Gaining clarity on your personal goals and finding direction as you figure out the next steps in your life

  • Overcoming self-doubt and building self-confidence to handle feelings of overwhelm

Therapy is a safe space where you can focus on your well-being, manage your stress, and build the resilience needed to thrive both personally and academically.
