In-person therapy

Some people feel most at ease settling into a dedicated therapy space, away from the distractions of home. In‑person sessions give you the chance to slow down, be fully present, and connect face‑to‑face in a calm, private setting. You can choose in‑person sessions, virtual sessions, or a mix of both, depending on what feels best for you.

the space

The office is designed to feel warm, quiet, and grounded. Featuring an earthy, warm tone room with soft lighting, comfortable seating, calming artwork, and a few plants. Minimal distractions help you focus on yourself, turning sessions into a weekly ritual: stepping out of your day, arriving in a space that’s just for you, and leaving with more clarity and breathing room.

the building

Nestled in the heart of Hespeler's beautiful community, this well-maintained older building reflects the area's tight-knit charm. Owned by a family that's cared for it for generations, the building features a variety of local businesses throughout—adding extra anonymity and privacy.

Accessibility Note

The office is located on the second floor of this building. There is no elevator, which means access involves a flight of stairs. If stairs are a barrier for you, I'm happy to offer virtual sessions as an accessible alternative.
